Here's a little about me and why I might be a good fit to walk this journey with you.

I've been married over 36 years, have 4 kids, and 6 darling grandkids, they call me Nana. ​Mark and I have been business owners for over 30 years. I founded Mezzo Coffee House in 2015 and sold it in 2020.

We've spent many years in ministry including church planting, pastoring, leading women's ministry, traveling and speaking for events & retreats, family & marriage ministry, leading small groups, administration, street ministry & missions, leading worship, along with wiping noses in the nursery and cleaning bathrooms! ​

 I hosted a weekly radio segment as the "Real Mom of West Michigan" for

five years on STAR 105.7 FM. ​  

I've served on local community boards including the Martin Resource Center, the Otsego DDA & Main Street program, and the Otsego Chamber of Commerce where I served as Vice-President and then as President.

In 2006 I started a blog called "Praise and Coffee." It began a movement and women joined me around the country in hosting their own Praise and Coffee events in coffee shops and around their kitchen tables. I traveled to several states including Florida, California, Pennsylvania, and of course across my home state of Michigan helping women connect, encourage, & inspire one another!

To help facilitate these groups, I wrote "Praise and Coffee to Go" available on Amazon, and published an online Praise and Coffee Magazine for 4 years.

I received my certification as an Executive Coach from the Center for Executive Coaching. I'm also continuing my education with Nutrition Network founded by The Noakes Foundation in partnership with an esteemed team of doctors and scientists to gain more knowledge about a metabolically healthy lifestyle, low carb nutrition, and food/sugar addiction.

I am currently coaching clients, hosting small groups, speaking, and coaching patients of Citadel Health, a direct primary care office in Otsego, MI.
